Details

From one-on-one moments of discovery with a teacher to all-class projects and adventures, preschool is a fantastic time to be a kid at Dreamers Academy. We understand 3-5 year old’s need chances to move, opportunities to focus, time outside playing, time circled up to read. This is time to cherish the final days before school starts and also ensure every child is ready for success, in whatever learning environment they move to. You’ll have daily updates and regular deep-dive check ins with your child’s teacher to discuss progress and opportunities for growth in all areas (social, emotional, academic and more) We work closely with families to consider which Chicago options for pre-K and kindergarten are best based on your family’s interests and needs as well as your child’s personality and learning profile.

What to Bring

Your child should have eating utensils, cups, dishes and bibs if needed in their cubby labeled with your child's name. Blanket for rest time, and a complete change of clothes should also be available, shoes, socks and extra underwear.

Each day, they should come dressed ready for play with weather appropriate gear as needed, including shoes that can be worn outdoors. Additionally child-friendly approved sunscreen, bug spray, a sun hat and a small backpack help make adventures possible.
